Holy Weekend is a Christian retreat for individual young people who want space and time alone with God. Holy Weekend gives the opportunity to get aside and spend time with Him. A variety of venues for reflection, praise times, Bible studies, speakers, prayer support, walks, times of silence and meditation.
Holy Weekend happens at the Kilbroney Centre in Rostrevor. Pretty special place to Alliance Youth Works, but steeped in spiritual mystery. Slieve Bane and Slieve Dermott frame the Kilbroney Centre grounds, and these mountains inspired C.S. Lewis to craft the Narnia tales.
