AYW work with a number of churches and organisations to provide children's and youth work programmes. Since 1997 we have had thirteen projects ranging from Sunday School development to diversionary provision to the creation of a youth forum. Ideally AYW aim to do ourselves out of a job within five years, leaving the project in a stronger position to carry on themselves or perhaps employ a youth worker, however, organisations have sometimes requested a change of focus and AYW are happy to stay in projects for longer.
